- I should qualify this: image processing techniques such as contrast and edge
- enhancment _may_ improve the readablity of text if it is simply blurred or
- washed out, but in the case you are talking about, the text has just been
- rendered too small to have enough detail. No image processing tool can help
- you here: such tools can only alter existing information; they can't
- automagically _create_ information which just isn't there in the first place -
- or, at least, they can't recreate the _correct_ information. Your eyes are
- much more suited to this sort of work.
