  33. I should qualify this: image processing techniques such as contrast and edge
  34. enhancment _may_ improve the readablity of text if it is simply blurred or
  35. washed out, but in the case you are talking about, the text has just been
  36. rendered too small to have enough detail. No image processing tool can help
  37. you here: such tools can only alter existing information; they can't
  38. automagically _create_ information which just isn't there in the first place -
  39. or, at least, they can't recreate the _correct_ information. Your eyes are
  40. much more suited to this sort of work.
